Collections
Unfinished collections
A part-finished collection is saved automatically on the server. Reopen the same template and you are offered it back — there is no Drafts list to find.
You rarely get to finish a collection in one go. You do not have to.
It saves itself
Your progress through the wizard is saved automatically as you work, a moment after each change. There is no Save button and no "Drafts" tab — you will just see a Saving… chip while it happens.
Getting it back
Start a collection on the same template again and you are picked up where you left off, with a Resumed your in-progress collection message.
One draft is kept per template. It is cleared when you submit, or if you Cancel.
Why this matters on site
The draft lives on our servers, not in your browser. That means it survives a refresh, a flat battery and a re-login, and you can start on a phone in the yard and finish on a laptop at the desk.
Cancel really does discard
Cancel throws the draft away rather than parking it. If you want to come back to it, just leave — do not press Cancel.
Still stuck? Open the support assistant in the bottom-right corner and we'll take it from there.
