Exporting your data
Export CSV from Collections (up to 5,000 rows, honours your filters), CSV/XLSX from the catalogues, and QR artwork from Templates. There is no PDF export.
Three things can leave the platform, and it is worth knowing exactly which.
Collections → Export CSV
The main one. It honours the filters you have on screen, so set the date range and site before you export.
It is capped at 5,000 rows. If your export looks suspiciously round, you hit the cap — narrow the date range and take it in pieces.
Catalogues → CSV / XLSX
Sites, Buildings, Floor Types, Room Types and Waste Types export from their selection toolbar, once you have ticked rows or used Select all matching filters.
Templates → QR artwork
All QR codes (ZIP) gets you every sticker at once, or ZIP/XLSX/CSV for just the rows you ticked.
There is no PDF export
Not from Analytics, not from Compliance, not from GHG Reporting. Those pages are read on screen.
If you need figures in a document today, export the collections CSV and build from that. If you need a formatted PDF report, tell us — that is a product request worth making rather than a setting you are failing to find.
