What it is for
Deciding what to do next. It is the difference between driving a fixed round and going where the full bins actually are.
Marking a bin emptied
You can mark a bin emptied from here, which resets its fullness to zero.
Use this for the case where a bin was genuinely emptied but nobody recorded a collection — a contractor tipped it, say. It is not a substitute for recording a collection: it captures no weight, no CO₂e and no compliance, so nothing reaches your reporting.
Pause
The 30-second refresh can be paused if you are reading something and it keeps moving under you.
